If you have not done much exercise lately and you lack movement, Zumba Gold is your recipe for keeping in good shape. Starting from the beginning of October you can enroll in the Zumba Gold class at the Mirror Dance School. The course starts on October 15. Zumba Gold is designed for people who for one reason or another are not in good shape, who  would like to take the road to a healthier lifestyle, but without grueling workouts, stress and high physical exertion. This is the perfect recipe for getting in shape due to lack of active physical activity, without the need for preparation, without limitations as to gender and age.

The most important element here is Latin music and the movements are specially adapted to meet the requirements for a more moderate exercise.

For the first time in Bulgaria you will be able to participate in Zumba Gold under the guidance of the only  instructors in Bulgaria licensed for this kind of Zumba.

Again in October enrollment starts in the Mirror Dance School for the Zumbatomic classes: a special program for children aged 4 to 12 years. Zumbatomic is organized for the first time in Varna by licensed professionals to train younger Zumba fans. Choreographies are adapted to meet the physical and mental capabilities of children. As with all other Zumba classes, the greatest excitement is caused by the music written specifically for Zumbatomik: a mix of styles that kids love most - hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. The Zumbatomic classes are divided according to age: Little Stars - 4-7 years, big stars 8-12 years, with a duration of 30 and 40 minutes respectively.
