Fifth-graders from the schools Chernorizets Hrabar, Cyril and Methodius, Panayot Volov and Geo Milev will participate in the campaign "Protect the child on the road" in Mall Varna
October 15 at 2 pm, ground floor and Fusion Club Voyage
At the beginning of the school year the campaign "Protect the child on the road" will be launched at the initiative of Mall Varna! The campaign is supported by the Regional Directorate of the Interior Ministry, Varna Municipality, Prevention Directorate, the Association for Protection of people insured and injured in traffic accidents. The campaign’s media partners: Radio Varna, Darik Radio, BG Radio, Radio Veronica and Radio Energy will broadcast every day vibrant audio commercials at the time when children are going to and returning from school.
The campaign has already been launched with fun and educational activities in the classrooms of the nursery school "Tsar Simeon I".
During the second week of October, the program of "Protect the child on the road" will be part of the planned additional safety activities conducted with fifth-graders from the schools Chernorizets Hrabar, Cyril and Methodius, Panayot Volov and Geo Milev. The events will be organized within the campaign of the Ministry of Health and the Regional health inspection "Together we can save millions of lives", supported by Mall Varna, the Red Cross and the Union of Bulgarian Drivers.
On October 15 students who took part in the practical training in safety will attend the final entertainment and educational events on the ground floor of the shopping mall. During the event special quizzes and demonstrations will be organized with many surprises and gifts, and at the end of the event children will be able to watch a film containing undisclosed footage from the cameras installed at the busiest intersections in Varna on a unique 22-foot screen in Fusion Club Voyage. The video, which will be prepared and provided by the Regional Directorate of the Interior and the Traffic Police will contain interesting and shocking footage of examples of incorrect passage on pedestrian crossings.
