From 1st to 16th April every client of Mall Varna, shopping for more than 20 lv. at any of the shops at the center will receive a unique card in the form of a gay Easter egg at the Information desk. Each card will bring its holder a specific prize or thematic luck/ holiday greetings. On the back of each egg-card there is a 6-digit unique code which may easily be found after rubbing out the scratch filed.  

To check his luck and find his prize, the holder of the card should input the code in the space designated for the purpose at the site of Mall Varna:

The prizes: 10 gift cards to the value of 50,00 lv., presents from Triumph and FOX, shopping vouchers and discount tickets from Esprit, Luisa Boutique and Luisa center, Garcia, Dress Code, Roberto Zago, VIP Style, New Vision Boutique, Hippoland, bistro Ola, China Express, etc. And more cards for playing at Playground, Capella Play, free lessons at your convenience at the Mirror dancing school, photo frames Fuji, etc.


OFFICIAL RULES OF THE MALL VARNA EASTER PROMOTION

I.    Campaign facilitator

The promotion is organized and conducted by Mall Varna Shopping and Entertainment Complex, 186, Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd., Varna („Campaign facilitator”). The participants in the promotion undertake to respect the Official Rules set out below.

The campaign facilitator reserves the right to amend the Official Rules. The amendments will come into force as from being announced in advance at www.mallvarna.bg

The Official Rules are public and available throughout the whole period of the game at www.mallvarna.bg

II.    Duration of the campaign

The Mall Varna Easter promotion with prizes and thematic surprises will take place from 1st to 16th April 2012.

III.    Campaign territory

The Easter promotion will be organized and conducted on the territory of Mall Varna.

IV.    Arrangement

Every client of Mall Varna shopping for more than 20 lv. at any of the shops at the center in the period from 1st to 16th April will receive a unique card in the form of a gay Easter egg, by which he may win one of the 10 gift cards to the value of 50 lv. or any of the remaining one hundred prizes – presents from Triumph and FOX, shopping vouchers, special discounts tickets from Esprit, Luisa Boutique and Luisa center, Garcia, Dress Code, Roberto Zago, VIP Style, New Vision boutique, Hippoland, bistro Ola, China Express, cards for playing at Playground and Capella Play, free lessons at your convenience at the Mirror dancing school, photo frames Fuji, or thematic holiday greeting.

 
To receive a card, anyone who wishes to participate must present at the Information Desk a sales slip certifying a purchase for the above-mentioned value. 

On the back of each egg-card there is a 6-digit unique code which may easily be found after rubbing out the scratch filed.  To check his luck and find his prize, the holder of the card should input his unique code in the space designated for the purpose at the site of Mall Varna: www.mallvarna.bg

To find out what his prize is, the participant is required to fill out a short registration form. There are no restrictions as to the number of participations. For each purchase to the value of 20 lv., one Easter egg card will be received.

V.    Types of prizes and procedures of receiving the prizes

10 gift cards to the value of 50,00 lv. and more than one hundred prizes such as:
-    presents from Triumph and FOX
-    shopping vouchers and special discounts tickets from Esprit, Luisa Boutique and Luisa center, Garcia, Dress Code, Roberto Zago, VIP Style, New Vision boutique, Hippoland, bistro Ola, China Express;
-    cards for playing at Playground and Capella Play
-    free lessons at your convenience at the Mirror dancing school
-    photo frames Fuji
-    other.

Procedure of receiving the prizes:

The prizes can be received at the Information Desk (ground floor of Mall Varna) from 4th to 30th April 2012. An important condition for receiving the prize is presentation of the Easter egg card with the relevant winning code and an ID document corresponding to the data indicated in the online registration for the promotion.

VI.    Right of participation

All clients of Mall Varna having shopped on the territory of the shopping center for more than 20 lv. may participate in the campaign. The employees of Mall Varna and the employees of the tenants at the shopping center may not participate in the campaign.

VII.    Publicity

The participants give their explicit consent for the Facilitator to process the personal data provided by them and agree that in case they win a prize their names and photos may become public and be used in Facilitator's materials free of charge.

VIII.    No cash alternatives and assignment of prizes

The winners of the Mall Varna Easter promotion will receive the announced prizes and not their cash equivalent.

IX.    Termination of the promotion

The campaign facilitator will have the right of terminating the promotion at any time in the event of force majeure circumstances, abuse or violation of the Official Rules. The above right is irrevocable. In the event of termination of the promotion the Facilitator will owe no compensations to the participants.

X.    Court disputes

The potential disputes between the Facilitator and the participants will be settled by mutual agreement. In case no such agreement can be reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent Bulgarian court.
