There is no vacation for the seminars of "9 months" magazine

Summer is in full swing and although it is time for rest, the School for Parents of 9 Months Magazine is not going on holiday. Lectures will be held throughout the month of July - every Thursday from 10:00 h in the Children and Family Center of Capella Play. As early as 3 July Doctor Stefka Haritonova will present the topic ‘Caring for the newborn at the hospital and at home’. On 10 July, Theodora Lyutskanova, a rehabilitator from Karin Dom, will give would-be mothers tips on massage, gymnastics and motor development of the baby. A week later, the experts of Angel Baby will give advice on the preparation of your home for your baby and what his or her first wardrobe should contain.
On 24 July Kremena Stoyanova, a psychologist, will deliver a lecture with topic ‘The other side of motherhood. Postnatal depression’. On the last day of the month you can listen to the lesson of Darina Naidenova, a specialist in nutrition and dietetics, on “Nutrition during pregnancy – dietitian advice”. In August, the School for Parents will have only one meeting – on 7 August, at the end of World Breastfeeding Week – and the topic will, of course, be ‘All About Breastfeeding’. The time and venue for the lesson remains unchanged.
