Farmers' market for ecologically clean products
EVERY SATURDAY, 11-15 h, the Market at Mall Varna
The Farmers' market of small producers from the region of Varna continues to visit Mall Varna in February. Every Saturday from 11 to 15 h local farmers, united in the informal group "Hrankoop - Varna", will offer their clean production to locals.
Even more participants with new ideas for dishes to put on the table will surprise guests of the market in January. Along with the traditional products – seasonal vegetables, gourmet oven-baked breads, pastry and homemade cookies, cold pressed unfiltered juice from different fruits, organic nuts, einkorn flour, milk and dairy products, honey and fruit jams, producers will offer lovers of clean natural foods fresh nettle and lettuce, buffalo meat sausages, aronia juice and wine, grape elixirs from small wineries, nut milk, Japanese, Lebanese and raw food specialties, wild oyster mushrooms and many other products.
As always, visiting organic producers will allow each customer to taste their produce and learn where and how it was produced.
