The spirit of Christmas has started to capture us again and has turned Mall Varna’s central lobby into an enchanting winter spot. The decorated Christmas tree, the elves’ houses cuddling around it and the elves themselves - they do not just attract the guests of the shopping centre, but they have also enchanted Santa Claus himself.

The kids’ favourite old man will be present at Mall Varna during the entire December. Every day in December, between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm, at the decorated winter spot, the jolly good man will greet everyone who wants to make and receive a souvenir photo with him. Every picture taken by the Santa Claus’ “official photographer” will participate in the online photo contest “Smiles with Santa Claus” on the Facebook page of Mall Varna.

All photographs of those who wish to participate in the contest will be placed in a designated photo album and the first three photos that have collected the largest number of likes during the period between 1 December 2014 – 5 January 2015 will win some nice prizes from Mall Varna.

The photographs with Santa Claus are taken with the cooperation of Classic Photo Studio.

OFFICIAL TERMS
of the online photo contest “Smiles with Santa Claus” 
organised by Mall Varna

I. Photo Contest Organiser
The photo contest is organised and held at the Shopping and Entertainment Centre Mall Varna, city of Varna, 186 Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd. (Photo Contest Organiser)
Participants in the photo contest shall respect the Official Terms listed below.
The Photo Contest Organiser reserves their right to change and supplement the Official Terms, where any changes shall become effective after their preliminary communication on the web site of Mall Varna - www.mallvarna.bg
The Official Terms are public and accessible during the entire period of the photo contest at www.mallvarna.bg

II.    Photo Contest Duration
The “Smiles with Santa Claus” photo contest will take place during the period between 30 November and 30 December 2015.
Voting for the winner at the photo contest shall take place at the Facebook fan page of Mall Varna and shall continue by 5 January 2016.

III.    Photo Contest Territory
The “Smiles with Santa Claus” photo contest will be organised and take place at the Facebook fan page of Mall Varna.

IV.    Right to Participate
All individuals photographed with Santa Claus by the professional photographer of Mall Varna have the right to participate in the contest.
The photographs with Santa Claus at Mall Varna will be taken by Classic Photo Studio.
∙ size 10 / 15 ready within 24 hours: BGN 4/pc.;
∙ size 13 / 18 ready within 24 hours - BGN 5/pc.;
∙ size 15 / 21 ready within 24 hours - BGN 6/pc.;
∙ size 20 / 30 ready within 24 hours - BGN 7/pc.;
- Family photo shoots:
∙ 5 photographs for BGN 20, 10 photographs for BGN 36, 15 photographs for BGN 52, 20 photographs for BGN 68. The photographs will be approved by the customers in advance and will be provided in digital format via e-mail within 24 hours.
- Calendars with kids’ favourite characters (with no photograph) - BGN 5.

V. Procedure
In order to participate in the photo contest:
- the photographs with Santa Claus in Mall Varna will be taken by Classic Photo Studio;
- the participants shall fill in a declaration for participation provided by the photographer;
- only photographs with Santa Claus may participate in the photo contest.

All photographs will be included in a designated photo album entitled “Smiles with Santa Claus 2015”. The album is available at the Facebook fan page of Mall Varna.

The winners at the “Smiles with Santa Claus” photo contest will be the three photographs that have collected the largest number of likes during the period 1 December 2015 – 5 January 2016.

VI.    Prizes
Prizes for the “Smiles with Santa Claus” photo contest are provided by Mall Varna and Classic Photo Studio.

VII.    Procedure for receiving the prizes
The photographs of the winners at the “Smiles with Santa Claus” photo contest will be announced on 6 January 2016 at the Facebook fan page of Mall Varna.
The prizes will be distributed at the Information Desk of Mall Varna within 10 business days after the date of announcing the winners.

VIII.    Personal Data Processing and Publicity
By participating in this photo contest, the participants hereby declare and agree that they voluntarily provide their personal data as a necessary condition for participation in the photo contest. The participants give their express consent that the Organiser may process the personal data provided by them. They (the participants) agree that if they win a prize, their names and photographs could be disclosed publicly and could be used in materials of the Organiser, for which no remuneration shall be paid.
All personal data will be treated as confidential information, in accordance with the personal data protection legislation currently in force.

IX.    Limitation of Liability
The Organiser shall not be held liable by any winner, who has provided an invalid telephone number or e-mail for contact.

X. Termination of the Photo Contest
The Organiser shall be entitled to terminate the photo contest at any time in the event of force majeure, misuse or violation of the Official Terms. The Organiser retains the right to change the general terms by announcing all changes in advance at the Facebook fan page of Mall Varna:

XI.    Legal Disputes
Any potential disputes between the photo contest Organiser and the participants shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian Court.
