"From Mall Varnawith Love" –a thematic game with prizes
Traditionally, on the eve of St. Valentine’s day, the shopping center organizes a game with attractive prizes, called “FromMall Varna with Love”. All customers who have made purchases or have received a service to a value exceedingBGN 20 from 1st till 14th February, in any of the outlets on the territory of the complex, are entitled to take part in the game.
By presenting a receipt/ receiptsat the Information desk,any visitor can receive a luxuriously made Valentine cardcontaining a prize or a romantic message for the holiday.The owner of such a card has the chance to win some of the numerous object prizes or vouchers for shopping and/or consumption, provided by some of the outlets atMall Varna: Techmart, New Yorker, Andrew’s Fashion, Triumph, Vogex, Bridal House, Snekko, Fitness Club Energy, Refan, Golden Rose, Ola Taste of Med, the VIV shop for hand-made natural soaps and many more.
Three lucky people will benefit from highly desiredprizes:three weekends for two at the Minkov Brothers wine cellar! The weekend includes two overnight stays with breakfast in an elegant retro style,comfort and discreet luxury in the most fascinating new destination for wine tourism and a special tasting of selected wines.
To find out whether you are among the lucky winners, you will need to scratch out the marked area on the inner side of your Valentine card and write your unique code in the especially designated place on the Mall Varna website www.mallvarna.bg.
In addition, every customer can use his/her Valentine card as a romantic gift–a card for the holiday of those in love.
GENERAL RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME “FROM MALL VARNA WITH LOVE”
I. Organizer of the game
The game is organized and held by the Shopping and Entertainment Compex Mall Varna, 168, Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd., city of Varna, (“Organizer of the game”).The participants in the game are obliged to observe the Official rules stipulated below.
The organizer has the right to change and expand the Official rules. The changes enter into force after their preliminary announcement atwww.mallvarna.bg
The official rules are public and are accessible for the whole period of the game at www.mallvarna.bg
II. Duration of the game
The game “From Mall Varna with Love”is held in the period from the1st until the14th February 2017.
III. Territory of the game
The“From Mall Varna with Love” game is organized and held on the territory of the shopping and entertainment complex Mall Varna.
IV. Mechanism of the game
Every customer who has made a purchase exceeding BGN 20 in any outlet on the territory of Mall Varna, during the period 1st – 14th February 2017, can receive from the Information desk a luxuriously made Valentine card .On its inner side, each card contains a 6-digit unique code and brings to its owner a materialprize or a romantic message for the holiday. The participants in the game have the chance to win one of the three unforgettable weekends for two people in the elite complex of Minkov Brothers wine cellar or some of the over400 special prizes.
Everyone who wants to take part in the game has to submit a receipt/receipts, verifying a purchase to the mentioned value at the Information desk and will be given a card.
To check whether he/she is lucky and to receive his/her prize, the owner of the card has to write his/her unique code on the especially designated place of the game on the site of Mall Varna: www.mallvarna.bg
There is no limit to the number of entries for participation. For each receipt for a purchase exceeding BGN 20 customers will receive one Valentine card but not more than 10 Valentines for one receipt over that value.
Note: Receipts obtained while paying for a communal service or Internet on the territory of the shopping center cannot be registered in the game.

Procedure for receiving the prizes:
The prizes shall be received from the Information desk (the ground floor in Mall Varna) in the period from 2nd until 28th February 2017 . An important condition for receiving a prize is the presentation of the Valentine card with the corresponding winning code and an identification document, verifying the data,specified in the online registration for the game.
The winners in the game will win the announced prizes, not their monetary value.
The receiving of the three big prizes – a voucher for a weekend for two people in Minkov Brothers wine cellar shall be certified with an acceptance and delivery protocol, signed by the winning participant and an employee at the Information desk.
VI. Right of participation
All customers of Mall Varna who have made purchases on the territory of the shopping center to a value exceeding BGN 20.00 can take part.Mall Varna employees, as well as employees of the leaseholders in the shopping center can not participate in the game.Persons under the age of 18 can receive their prizes only in the presence of their legal parent/ guardian.
VII. Publicity
The participants give their explicit agreement to the Organizer to process the personal data, given by them and agree that in case they receive a prize, their names and photos could become public and be used in materials of the Organizer and without payment on part of the Organizer being due.
VIII. Absence of money alternatives and cession of the prizes
The winners in the “From Mall Varna with Love”game shall receive the announced material prizes, not their monetary value.
IX. End of the game
The Organizer of the game has the right to end the campaign at any time in case force major conditions, misuses or violation of the Official rules occur.The said right is irreversible. In case of ending the game, the Organizer does not owe compensations to the participants in it.
X. Legal disputes
Potential disputes between the Organizer of the game and the participants will be solved through bilateral negotiation. In case no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled by the competent Bulgarian court.
