From July 1 to August 31, 2017, any customer with purchase/s worth more than 20 BGN in any of the shops or facilities in the shopping center will have the opportunity to add to their summer emotions yet another exciting experience. For this purpose, the customer has to submit to the Information Desk cash receipt/s evidencing the purchase, and draw a card, which will contain either a gift or a summer wish.

OFFICIAL RULES of the SUMMER EMOTIONS 2017 campaign
I. Campaign Organizer
The campaign is organized and conducted by the Shopping and Entertainment Center of Mall Varna EAD (Мол Варна ЕАД) located at 186 Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd., city of Varna ("Campaign Organizer"). Campaign participants are obliged to observe the following Official Rules.
The Campaign Organizer reserves the right to modify and supplement the Official Rules. Changes take effect upon their publishing at www.mallvarna.bg
The Official Rules are public and available for the entire period of the campaign at www.mallvarna.bg
II. Duration of the campaign
The Summer Emotions 2017 campaign continues from July 1 to August 31, 2017.
III. Place of the campaign
The Summer Emotions 2017 campaign is organized and conducted within the premises of the shopping and entertainment center of Mall Varna EAD (Мол Варна ЕАД).
IV. How the campaign works
Each customer who has made purchase/s worth over 20 BGN in any of the shops or entertainment facilities in Mall Varna EAD (Мол Варна ЕАД) in the period July 1 – August 31, 2017 can draw an attractive looking card with the logo of the campaign, from a specially branded basket at the Information Desk. Each card contains a specific gift or a summer wish. The gifts or wishes are written inside the card whose pages are glued with silicone.
Anyone wishing to participate should submit to the Information Desk in Mall Varna EAD (Мол Варна ЕАД) cash receipt/s evidencing purchase/s of the value specified above, and for this he or she will receive a card. There is no limit to the number of participations. For each 20 BGN worth of shopping the customer is entitled to draw a card, but not more than 5 cards with one cash receipt.
Important: Receipts for payment of utility service or internet in the mall do not entitle to participation in the game.
V. Types of gifts and procedures for obtaining the gifts

- Vouchers for 20% discount on non-discounted articles and 5% discount on already discounted articles of clothing in Triumph - 100 pcs.
- Vouchers worth 20 BGN for Andrew's - 20 pcs.
- Coupons for 10% discount in Tendenz - 20 pcs.
- Gifts from Golden Rose - 50 pcs.
- Vouchers for 10% discount from Hobby Art - 30 pcs.
- Summer dessert (whole cake) from Bistro Ola Taste of Med.
- Vouchers for 10% discount in Bistro OLA Taste of Med. - 40 pcs.
- Voucher for 20% discount in Carnival Kids - 5 pcs.
- Voucher for a free session at the customer’s choice: boxing, squash, Pilates or step aerobics, at Energy Fitness Club - 10 pcs.
Procedure for receiving the gifts:
The gifts can be received from the Information Desk (ground floor of Mall Varna EAD (Мол Варна ЕАД)) no later than September 3, 2017. An important condition for receiving the gift is to submit the card which entitles to the respective gift.
Persons under 18 years of age can receive their gifts only in the presence of a parent / legal guardian.
VI. Right to participate
The campaign is open to all customers of Mall Varna EAD (Мол Варна ЕАД) who have made purchase/s in the shopping center worth over 20.00 BGN. Employees of Mall Varna EAD (Мол Варна ЕАД) and employees of the tenants of premises in the shopping center are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
VII. Publicity
Participants give their express consent to the Organizer’s processing of the personal data they have provided, and agree that in the event of receipt of a gift their names and photos could become public and be used in materials of the Organizer, without remuneration.
VIII. No cash equivalents or assignment of the gifts
Winners in the Summer Emotions 2017 campaign will receive the respective gifts, not their cash equivalent.
IX. Termination of the campaign
The Campaign Organizer has the right to terminate the campaign at any time in force majeure events or in the event of abuse or violation of the Official Rules. This right is inalienable. In the event of termination of the campaign, the Organizer does not owe compensation to participants in the campaign.
X. Disputes
Potential disputes between the Campaign Organizer and the participants will be resolved by mutual agreement. In the event that such agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
The Official Rules of the campaign will be available on the official website of the mall: www.mallvarna.bg, during the period from July 1 to September 3, 2017.
