Students Discount Club cards for 2017/2018
Starting from the 5th of September, each client with purchases worth more than BGN 20.00, made at Mall Varna EAD, will be eligible to obtain such club card together with a unique number, which will be valid for the 2017/2018 Academic Year. This promotion will be available until stocks are exhausted.
You can quickly sign up for the card using the special application, which is available on the website of Mall Varna EAD. Afterwards, you may participate in a lottery (provided that you have signed up by October 29th, 2017) with more than 300 special prizes offered, and you may also receive some interesting information regarding those activities at Mall Varna EAD which are carried out throughout the entire academic year.
The discounts and preferential terms, which you may use, are as follows:
• Playground – 100% bonuses / double reloading for all video and arcade games; 10% price reduction for birthdays;
• Capella Play kids center – 50% discount from the price of the monthly subscription card;
• SUBWAY – 10% discount for all products, excluding those that are being promoted. The discount is not valid for sandwiches on promotion!
• OLA bistro – 10% discount for all products, excluding those that are on promotion.
• Subra’s pharmacy - 5% discounts for OTC (over the counter) drugs, food supplements, and skin care products.
• Leonardo’s optics – 35% discount if you purchase sunglasses or eyeglass frames
• Andrew’s – 10% discount towards club cards;
• Geox – 10% discount on goods whose price has not been reduced yet
• Hobby Art – 10% discount on all items, excluding items that are currently on promotion.
• Mirror Dance School - 30% discounts for students in all sports classes at Mirror. This offer is not valid for the rest of the dance groups.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF THE CLUB CARD FOR K-12 STUDENTS AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS – 2017, AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE LOTTERY WITH PRIZES.
I. Campaign Organizer
The campaign shall be organized and carried out by the Shopping and Entertainment Center Mall Varna EAD, located in the City of Varna, at 186 Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd. (The Campaign Organizer)
The participants in this campaign undertake to comply with the Official Rules, as laid out below.
The Campaign Organizer reserves the right to modify and supplement the Official Rules. These modifications will come into effect after they have been announced earlier on www.mallvarna.bg.
The Official Rules shall be made public and available during the entire course of the game at www.mallvarna.bg.
II. Campaign Duration
The campaign shall be organized from September 5th, 2017 until June 30th, 2018.
III. Game Premises
The campaign shall be organized and carried out on the premises of Mall Varna EAD.
IV. Procedure
From September 5th until December 31st, 2017, each client who has made purchases for more than 20.00 leva (BGN) will be eligible to obtain a club card with discounts and privileges for K-12 students and university students, which will be valid in some of the leading outlets in the Center. The promotion will be valid until stocks are exhausted.
Each of the cards will have a unique number, and will be valid for the 2017/2018 Academic Year. The club card may be obtained by any K-12 or university student, provided that they provide a receipt for a purchase worth more than the abovementioned value, and a personal ID or student ID card. Mall Varna EAD is issuer and owner of the club cards. The student club card is not a bank card. The discounts and privileges that are provided are valid only for the specified outlets within the premises of Mall Varna EAD.
By signing up for the card at the specifically designated place on Mall Varna EAD’s website, www.mallvarna.bg, up until October 29th, 2017, the holder will be given the right to participate in a lottery with more than 300 special prizes.
By signing up for the card, its holder also agrees to receive current information for novelties at the Shopping Center in the shape of a personally addressed letter at the specified mail address. The winners in the lottery will be determined randomly in the presence of a three-member panel on October 30th, 2017.
Important: Each participant in the campaign may sign up for one card only. Upon one person’s signing up for 2 or more cards, that same person will be disqualified from participation in the lottery.

V. Types of prizes in the lottery
• Year-long scholarship for an educational course in English, provided by the Education and Communication Center – Poliglot;
• An interactive map of the world, in Bulgarian and English, from Hippoland (2 pieces)
• Student kit, comprising one sketchbook and two notebooks, specially branded by Hippoland (20 pieces);
• Vouchers for purchases, worth BGN 20, provided by Andrew’s (20 pieces);
• Prepaid card for games, worth BGN 20, from Playground (10 pieces);
• Hot Tuna – padded student backpack, attractively branded by Mall Varna EAD (10 pieces);
• A set, comprising three color file binders (A4 format), attractively branded by Mall Varna EAD (30 pieces);
• A deluxe folder, branded by Mall Varna EAD (30 pieces)
• Notebooks branded by Mall Varna EAD (100 pieces);
• Fidget spinners, school schedules, and more than 100 other material gifts and surprises from the outlets at Mall Varna EAD.
On October 30th, 2017, the list of those participants who have earned prizes will be published in the News section of Mall Varna EAD’s website.
VI. Procedures for obtaining the prizes
All of the winners will receive a personally addressed letter in the mail address specified during the signing up process. Prizes may be obtained at the Help Desk within 7 business days, starting from the day of winning. Persons under 18 years may obtain the prizes in the presence of their legal parent / guardian.
VII. Eligibility
All K-12 and university students will be eligible to participate, respectively their parents and acquaintances, if they have made purchases for more than 20.00 leva within the premises of the Commercial Center.
VIII. Publicity
The participants explicitly consent that the Organizer may process their personal data, and further agree that, upon obtaining a prize, their names and photographs may become public and may be used in the Organizer’s materials, without any obligation, on his part, to pay.
IX. Termination of the campaign
The Organizer owns the right to terminate the campaign at any time, in case that force majeure circumstances, abuses or violations of the Official Rules occur. This specific rule shall be irrevocable. In the event of terminating the game, the Organizer does not have any obligations to compensate the participants in it.
X. Legal arguments
Potential arguments between the Organizer of the game and the participants will be settled in a mutual agreement. In the event that such an agreement is not reached, the argument will be referred to the competent Bulgarian Court.
