From July 1 to August 31, 2018, each client who has purchased goods worth more than 20 BGN, from whichever of the outlets at the Shopping Center, will get the opportunity to add another thrilling experience to his or her summer emotions. To do so, he or she must present a cash receipt/receipts to the Help Desk, verifying his/her purchase, and draw a card containing the respective award or good wish.

Extreme adventures and more than 300 special gifts will be waiting for you, including:

- 1 Yacht Party for 8 people in the Gulf of Varna;
- 40 visits at the Aquapolis Water Park in Golden Sands;
- 10 lessons in wakeboard and wakeboarding at the Wake Park Varna;
- 10 bungee jumps from the Asparuhov Bridge, together with the Adrenalin Club;
- 100 unique summer talismans;
- Cards for games in Playground; gift objects, shopping vouchers, discount cards and many other awards, provided by the shopping outlets at Mall Varna EAD.

OFFICIAL REGULATIONS for the “SUMMER EMOTIONS – 2018” Campaign

I. Campaign Organizer

The campaign will be organized and conducted at the Shopping and Entertainment Center Mall Varna EAD, located in the City of Varna, 186 Vladislav Varnenchik Boulevard (“Campaign Organizer”). Participants in the campaign will be obligated to observe the Official Regulations, as laid out below.

The Campaign Organizer will retain the right to modify and supplement the Official Regulations. Modifications will be enforced after they have been preliminarily announced at www.mallvarna.bg

The Official Regulations are public and accessible throughout the entire period of the campaign at www.mallvarna.bg

II.    Duration of the Campaign

The “Summer Emotions – 2018” Campaign will be conducted starting from July 1 and ending on August 31, 2018.

III.    Premises of the Campaign

The “Summer Emotions – 2018” Campaign will be organized and conducted within the premises of the Shopping and Entertainment Center Mall Varna EAD.

IV. Mechanics of the Campaign

Each client with purchases worth more than 20 BGN, from whichever of the shopping outlets within the premises of Mall Varna EAD, for the period from July 1 to August 31, 2018, may draw out a fun card, containing the logo of the campaign, from an ad-hoc branded basket at the Help Desk. Each card contains a specific award or a summer wish. The awards, respectively the wishes, will be written on the inner side of the card, as the pages will be glued with silicone.

Each person desiring to participate shall present to the Help Desk at Mall Varna EAD their cash receipt/receipts, verifying the amount of the purchase, in exchange for a card. There is no limitation regarding the number of participations. For every 20 BGN, the client is entitled to draw out one card, but not more than 5 cards with one cash receipt.

Specification: Cash receipts, obtained for the payment of public utilities or Internet services on the premises of the shopping center, cannot participate in the game.

V. Types of awards and procedures for the obtainment of awards:

- Voucher award for a yacht party (for up to 8 people) in the Gulf of Varna



- 40 visits at the Aquapolis Water Park in Golden Sands



- 10 lessons and extreme adventures along the waves of the Wake Park Varna



- 10 bungee jumps from the Asparuhov Bridge with the Adrenalin Club



- 10 cards for games, worth 10 BGN, from Playground | 4th Floor, Mall Varna EAD

- 10 backpacks from Playground | 4th Floor, Mall Varna EAD

- 20 pieces of sliced pizzas, from Pizza Cantonata | 3rd Floor, Mall Varna EAD

- 2 vouchers for consumption worth 15 BGN, from OLA Taste of Med. | 3rd Floor, Mall Varna EAD

- 6 pieces of cosmetic kits, from the Subra Pharmacy | Ground Floor, Mall Varna EAD

- 20 shopping vouchers, at the completely renovated Leonardo Optics | Ground Floor, Mall Varna EAD

- 100 summer talismans

- 100 summer beach accessories

Procedure for obtainment of the awards:

The awards may be obtained at the Help Desk (Ground Floor at the Mall Varna EAD) up until September 3, 2018. An important condition for the obtainment of the award is to present the card, where the respective award is mentioned.

Persons under 18 years may obtain their awards only in the presence of their lawful parent or guardian.

VI. Right to participate.

Each client at Mall Varna EAD may participate in the campaign, provided that they have made purchases worth more than 20.00 BGN, made within the premises of the Shopping Center. Employees of Mall Varna EAD, as well as employees of the tenants of the Shopping Center, may not participate in the campaign.

VII.    Publicity

Participants give their explicit consent that the Campaign Organizer may process the personal data they have provided, and they consent that in the case of obtaining an award, their names and photographs may become public and used in materials of the Campaign Organizer, for which the Campaign Organizer does not owe any payment.

VIII.    Absence of monetary alternatives and cession of awards

Those who have won awards in the “Summer Emotions – 2018” Campaign will obtain the stated awards, and not their monetary equivalents.

IX.    Termination of the campaign

The Campaign Organizer has the right to terminate the campaign at any time, in case that force majeure circumstances, abuses or violations of the Official Regulations come into effect. This specified right is irrevocable. In case that the campaign is terminated, the Campaign Organizer does not owe any compensations to the participants in it.

X.    Legal disputes

Potential disputes between the Campaign Organizer and the participants will be settled through a mutual agreement. In case that such an agreement does not come into effect, the dispute will be referred to the qualified Bulgarian court.
