A giant model of the Earth to be displayed at Varna Mall again
20–22 April, central lobby

For a second consecutive year, a giant model of the Earth will turn into a classroom for the younger visitors of Varna Mall. The globe with a diameter of 6.5 metres, which has been created by using satellite photos, will open its doors on 20 April and will welcome students until Earth Day on 22 April.

Entrance to the “centre of the Earth” will be free of charge and in line with the stipulated safety rules! The interactive games and activities will be organised in individual series, each with a duration of 40-50 minutes, around and within the globe, which can be entered by up to 25 children and a teacher/companion. The small scientists aged between 7 and 14 will reach the “core of the Earth” through a secret entrance located in the Pacific Ocean. They will be able to learn new facts about the structure and geography of the Earth, life sciences and ecology by playing educational games.

The working hours of this peculiar school will be as follows: 20 and 21 April (Saturday and Sunday) 10:00 am - 2:00 pm; 22 April (Monday) 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Pre-registration at the Information Desk no later than 10 minutes before the start of each interactive game and visit of the globe is necessary.
