Dolce vita. 15 October, 8:00 pm, floor 3, Mall Varna
On the eve of the autumn weekend some of the best and most recognized pastry chefs in the city will make a demonstration for all visitors to Mall Varna on the preparation of chocolates, chocolate fondue and chocolate sushi. Cotton candy, chocolate fountain and other sweet temptations will be available for children and grown ups attending the event.
The contest for homemade cake will be part of the Friday program. Recognized culinary gurus of our city like Atanas Atanasov, Marian Kostov, Nicholay Raduov and Yonko Dyakov, Chairman of the Bulgarian Culinary Union will be guests and jury of the event.
