For the first time in Varna representatives of over 40 Bulgarian and foreign companies in the cosmetic industry, manufacturing and marketing of organic and bio-foods gather together in one place. The event starts tomorrow, May 10th, in the shopping and entertainment center Mall Varna, and will last for four days (until  May 13th), during which there will be over 20 different meetings, discussions and demonstrations. The accompanying program of the Health and Beauty Festival includes lectures related to nutrition, cosmetics and innovation in the production of organic foods and food additives.

The festival will also feature two accompanying photographis exhibitions: "The City in Me" on the initiative of former and current students from Varna Free University and the "Faces of MS (Multiple Sclerosis)”, a campaign of the MS Society Bulgaria Foundation. From 12 o’clock on the first day of the festival, the emphasis will be placed on the damage caused by smoking with the campaign of the Regional Health Inspectorate - Varna and the Ministry of Health entitled "Without cigarettes you win health and beauty." The campaign includes the film Yana’s Day (9 minutes), representing passive smoking, its actual impact on children, the necessary information for parents and the formation of the right attitude for a smoke-free life. At 18 hours Dr. Darina Naydenova, a nutrition and dietetics specialist, assistant professor at Varna Medical University, will deliver a presentation and will provide tips on the healthy nutrition of school children. At 19 hours the psychologist Elenko Angelov, a popular TV personality, will reveal his "recipe for personal happiness and motivation". The program of the first day of the Health and Beauty Festival will be wrapped up by Elena Terzieva, managing director of the nutrition site www.zdravosloven.com with tips on healthy cooking.

The opening of the event is tomorrow, May 10 at 11 am in the lobby of Mall Varna.
