A tiny piece of jungle with a real inhabitant of the tropics – the Amazon parrot, will be carried tonight at the home of the Marinovs in Varna. Thousands of locals and guest had been dreaming to win this beautiful bird as a lottery prize organized by the visiting exhibition "Jungle in the Mall", after having met in person the exotic birds.

The name of the mother of the child, who is only 1 year and 4 months old but does not go to sleep at midday before seeing showman Slavi's parrot on TV, was picked by on Monday by the 9-year-old Dayana Moneva in the presence of Vanya Popova – Campaigns and Events Manager at Mall Varna, the head of the Security Department Nedelcho Georgiev, and Georgi Shalaverov – representative of the organizers of the Rio Parrots BG exhibition. Also some visitors to the exhibition who had registered for the prize draw came to see to whom the prize would go.

 

The names of two "reserves" were also picked: Boryana Branimirova Toncheva and Diana Antonieva Peneva – in the event that the winner refused to receive the feathered pet.
