30 kg of chocolate were used to make chocolates and a chocolate fountain in Mall Varna
21. October 2010Another of the thematic Friday parties, entitled “Life is sweet” became a real chocolate fiesta on October 15 on floor 3 in Mall Varna.
Over 30 kg of chocolate were used to make chocolates and a unique chocolate fountain. Visitors had the opportunity to try the tasty treats of some of the best and most recognized pastry chefs who prepared also chocolate pasta, chocolate fondue and sushi.
The culinary guru, Yonko Dyakov, along with other recognized chefs demonstrated and explained to the numerous audience the secrets of making chocolate treats. Some children were involved in the manufacture of chocolates by rolling the chocolates in prepared mixtures, poppy seed and krokant. The kids were divided into teams and competed in the preparation of the most attractive cake.
The Kraevekspress café treated the guests of the evening to some of their most delicious cakes. The FANCY restaurant provided the prize: dinner for two, for the winner in the competition for the most delicious homemade cake.
