Mall Varna has won an award from Webit Bulgaria for a successful online project

For the second time running prizes for online efficiency and marketing were awarded at the international conference on digital technology Webit, which started yesterday, June 14 in Sofia.
Nominations were announced in nine categories and Mall Varna received a prestigious award for the "Wish a gift" project in the Retail category.
The online campaign "Wish a gift" was realized through the social media and the Facebook fan page of the shopping center in the periods December 1 – 31, 2011 and December 1- 25, 2010 with 34 000 participants from Varna and other Bulgarian towns.
Among the companies that received awards from Webit in the other categories are Kraft Foods for Bulgaria Milka, bTV Media Group, BNP Paribas, United Milk Company, Woman.bg, Generali Bulgaria Holding, Unicredit Bulbank.
"Webit Awards are an important part of our efforts to promote the online industry and entrepreneurship in Bulgaria," said, Plamen Rusev, President of the e-Academy and organizer of the prestigious Webit event. "I congratulate all winners and I hope the following nominations will be even more challenging," he added during the ceremony on the occasion of the announcement of the winners.
Webit Bulgaria is an event focused on the development and innovation in the digital industry. The two-day conference was attended by over 1,000 representatives from various areas of business from over 20 countries, who shared their experiences in using new technologies and the social media.
