The Seventh Health and Beauty Festival will offer to its guests the above-mentioned events, as well as many other surprises. From May 11 to May 13, the ancient traditions and the most contemporary trends in cosmetics, natural medicine and healthy dieting became reunited at the Shopping and Entertainment Center Mall Varna EAD.



In the course of three days, Bulgarian and foreign companies presented a wide range of products and services, which would help anyone in their pursuit of a healthier, more harmonious, and happier life.



On the festival’s stands, visitors will find the most recent series in the medical, natural, and decorative cosmetics, with renowned Bulgarian and world brands, including the French natural series by Spa Abyss and Blue Marine, the Spanish Oliva and Laboratorios Valquer, whose low-molecular products act upon the skin on a cellular level with an immediate rejuvenating effect; AmWay, Forever Living Products, Servier Bulgaria, Golden Rose, Refan, Varna Bio, and the Bulgarian natural and organic cosmetics of Heldiva Prima, Krista G, Morava, Phytocode.



Within the framework of the event, there were presentations of EV International’s and Enjo’s revolutionary systems for chemical-free cleaning; SmirrorS’s innovative mirrors; Nutrilitе’s, Calivita’s and Complete Pharma’s healthy food additives; Vertera Organic; Fitness Energy’s Club, and numerous others. The festival’s guests had the chance to experience alternative holistic therapies, diagnostics methods, and esoteric practices. They subjected themselves, free of charge, to medicinal and relaxation procedures, offered to them by the experts of Zdravets Medicinal Center at the Kamchiya Sanatorium and Health Complex, the Tonus-G Beauty Salon, and other participants in the exposition.



The specialized lecture-based module, which is the traditional companion to the Beauty and Health Festival’s program, reunited once again a whole constellation of medical luminaries and experts in healthy dieting, rejuvenation, and drug-free treatment, who shared for free their experience with the guests at the exposition, and also answered their questions. The visitors learned more about the myths and facts regarding aesthetic surgery – right in person from the President of the Bulgarian Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Daniel Yankov, PhD; gained understanding about the key factors for successful relationships from sexologist and psychotherapist Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rumen Bostandzhiev, PhD, whose career spans more than 30 years; understood the ways in which homeopathy can help overcome stress or help lose weight aided by Schuessler salts from Dr. Vasilka Yurukova, who is a homeopath and a Schuessler therapist with international renown; and learned more about the source of happiness in our lives from the Bulgarian counterpart of Louise Hay, psychologist Tsenka Mestanska.



Once again, amongst the guest lecturers of the festival were instructors from Varna’s Medical University “Professor Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov”, who is an official partner of the event. The audience members at the exhibition learned from Assoc. Prof. Iliya Slavov, PhD about the way phytotherapy could help against respiratory diseases; why Vitamin D is of such importance to our health and what types of diseases could stem from its absence, from Professor Bistra Galunska; what we need to do, so that our children’s teeth are sound, from Assoc. Prof. Radosveta Andreeva, PhD; how to eat in order to be healthy and beautiful, from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Darina Naidenova, PhD; what the alternative eating models are, from Dr. Rositsa Stancheva Chamova; what types of drugs and foods cause headaches that are similar to the migraines, from Silviya Stamova. Lecturers from the Medicine College at the Medical University in Varna, respectively Dr. Silviya Filkova and Rositsa Traikova, divulged information on why spinal deformities are not just an aesthetic, but also a health issue, and what microneedling mesotherapy represents.

Guests became attracted to the “Auditorium” of the Seventh Health and Beauty Festival because of the additional exciting lectures, which were centered on the roots of child aggression, the opportunities found in bioresonance diagnostics, the power of essential oils and Dr. Bach’s remedies, and the Daoist PaidaLajin system.



The traditional competitions in make-up and hairstyle, where some of the most prominent professionals from Varna and the vicinities participated, were thematically related to Pin Up, the popular style from the 1950s. Docent Savka Kazalarska, instructor in fashion styles, gave a lecture on “Fashion, style, and dress code”. And, as usual, the companies that participated in the exposition provided visitors with special discounts and lots of attractive prizes, which were handed out in the raffle at the Seventh Health and Beauty Festival.
